Barely works. Often when we get on, the main screen pops up and nothing else will load, if anything loads in the first place. We've been customers for years now and there is just very little improvements or features with this app/ bank. Customer service is very helpful during their short time of operation, but it's just getting more and more frustrating.

New app is Waaayyyy better than the old one. Easy to use, mobile check deposit is great. One issue I have however that you are limited to 6 transfers a month. With people trying to social distance and stay away from others, there should be no limit. Now if the ATMs were like this app where you can access all accounts at the same time that would be the great.

Initially (many years ago), the CSCU app was cumbersome and ungainly to use. BUT the app has been streamlined and fine tuned over the years and is now very easy to use. Everything is easy to find and navigate through. About as straightforward as you can imagine.
