First, I want to be clear that the customer service was great- very quick responses to my emails, sent me a new camera when I couldn't get the first one paired, great about follow up. However, never did get the camera working, and I spent about 10 hours on it. None of the online help videos looked like what I was dealing with, firm update just sat and spun for two hours, and I had birds looking right in the camera that never appeared on my phone. Pop-up "buy a subscription is annoying too.

App works well but there are some negatives. Every time the app starts it nags me to get a paid subscription. I will never get the paid subscription so stop asking. One "no" should be enough. The live view sound is controlled by the phone conversation volume, not media. This is a bug and should be fixed. I know I don't have the paid AI identification of species, but a little use of it to tell if it is even a bird would be nice. I get notifications everytime someone walks their dog.

Disappointed with app and camera! Firmware update says it "can take up to 30 min" 3 hours later update still not finished. Can't delete photos w/o paying monthly. Horrible lag, often have to wait 2 minutes for live video feed to open. Open the app to see a notification, wait for the PAY US page to pop up and close it before viewing your snaps. The solar panel doesn't keep the camera charged. There's other feeders that have better apps, that don't have basic features hidden behined pay walls.
