The problem with the videos has GOT to be Fixed!!! My last 5 videos failed and now it feels almost pointless to try. The app and camera lose HALF the point of you can't even get your videos!!! Please FIX THIS!!! I have turned off and on the camera, I have forced stop on the app I have done everything anyone has suggested and it is just getting worse!!!

The video request method is clunky. the fact that you have to pay to see videos is clunky. Why is app navigation not integrated into phone navigation like other apps. I find myself trying to use gestures and android buttons, but neither work for app navigation. A little to game like. All we really need to a means by which to view pics and videos, identify birds, and share pics and videos. This app doesn't do any of these very well. 05/06/26: Videos are no longer processing.

The hummingbird feeder is terrible engineering. cleaning and putting it together is a pain. Hummingbird feeders are not new, how hard can it be. They probably chose to save money and not change the design much from the bird feeder. The app is also terrible. There is no status for the camera if it's off. Nor is there a way to test the camera. Get a different camera feeder, this is not the one. Very disappointed. It was a gift from a family member. Would never have chosen this one.
