This app is completely useless! It tries to do everything in an automated manner, but fails completely. I tried the process at least 15 times, but every time it gets stuck somewhere and you need to restart the whole thing. Please fix it! At the very least, allow it to save the state and restart from the step that failed. Ideally, let us send you our documents and verify them in your own time. I wasted almost two hours for nothing, on something that should take 10' max.

Useless app. Trying to apply for the card bit does not accept my NIE! I am constantly getting an error. Update: no point of contacting below e-mailaddress, I am getting the useless advice to make a better picture of the ID because the lighting is not good enough. Nothing wrong with the lighting or reflection, the problem is the app which doesnt work properly. Poor customer service.

If there were 0 stars then it would be zero. I have been using this app for years and, well it is limited but at least I can see my movements on the card. Now it tells me it's not compatible with my device. ???? And zero options for information as to why ... I am using Samsung Galaxy S20, its few years old, but hardly a dinosaur device! Useless!!!
