Awful business practices. I won two bids (10/25/2024 & 10/29/2024) and both auctions were cancelled after it closed. I texted nearly everyday since if there was an acceptance decision from the seller, and the bot responded with there has not been an acceptance decision. It never said it was cancelled. I had money tied up in the bids. Today I spoke with Emma who said there must be a technical issue with the system and that's why I wasn't notified of the cancellation. I'm asking for a refund.

They steal your money. you will never get it back. I'm down $10 000. Per the below reply: it has not been fully refunded. My balance in the app reads as $0, but my refund is "pending approval" as of today and the time of the below reply. Simply want to be transparent. I would be happy to change my review once I receive my money.

This is basically Fraud, they take large deposits in order to participate in the auctions and promise a full refund if you dont win a bid and then never send it. They first told me 30 days. then they keep saying a few more days but nothing. They have real homes listed but they hold onto deposits. It seems to be a common complaint. Beware.
