Awful business practices. I won two bids (10/25/2024 & 10/29/2024) and both auctions were cancelled after it closed. I texted nearly everyday since if there was an acceptance decision from the seller, and the bot responded with there has not been an acceptance decision. It never said it was cancelled. I had money tied up in the bids. Today I spoke with Emma who said there must be a technical issue with the system and that's why I wasn't notified of the cancellation. I'm asking for a refund.

This is basically Fraud, they take large deposits in order to participate in the auctions and promise a full refund if you dont win a bid and then never send it. They first told me 30 days. then they keep saying a few more days but nothing. They have real homes listed but they hold onto deposits. It seems to be a common complaint. Beware.

horiffic. they have kept my $10,000 deposit for over 10 months now and have not returned it despite multiple multiple multiple requests despite them saying they have 30 days to return it. absolutely ridiculous. it is an illegal operation. the keep saying that the it has been approved but never send money back. I seems like an illegal pyramid scheme.
