About this app

Kynos Edu is the app designed for professional dog trainers: it accompanies the training journey of each client and dog—from the first meeting to the results achieved—and allows you to collaborate with other trainers on the same case, replacing paper planners and loose sheets of paper.

EDUCATIONAL PATH
• Complete client profile, with photos and a learning path that develops over time: meetings, dog-sitting sessions, training sessions, notes, and attachments in a single timeline
• Detailed dog profile: personal details, microchip, passport, health and nutrition, behavior analysis
• Documents and attachments (images and PDFs) linked to each dog, meeting, and dog-sitting session
• Export the learning path as a PDF, with the level of detail chosen by the trainer
• Photo grid view to find clients and dogs at a glance

COLLABORATION BETWEEN TRAINERS
• Share a client profile with other trainers, even via QR code
• Two access levels—read-only or editor—can be modified at any time without having to reinvite
• Real-time notifications on received invitations and shared updates
• Import the profile of a dog already on Kynos Shelter or Kynos Companion, keeping the source always visible

MEETINGS AND DOG-SITTING
• Scheduling meetings with multiple clients/dogs Recurring events and automatic calendar overlap control
• Multi-day dog-sitting, with a daily diary to fill out during the stay
• Post-meeting reminders and comments
• Automatic client reminders (via WhatsApp or SMS, pre-filled message) to reduce absences

CALENDAR
• Unified view of meetings, dog-sitting, and training sessions
• Synchronization with the device calendar
• Archive reminders and markers by event type

BUDGET, without payment management
• Kynos Edu does not process or collect any payments: it only records the paid/unpaid status manually entered by the trainer
• Automatic notification for forgotten unpaid payments
• Income summary, monthly trend graph, and forecast
• Data export in CSV/XLSX format, including the client's tax code and the trainer's tax information (CF/VAT number) for your accountant

TRAINING
• Course and training management with date, duration, and attachments
• Summary in the dashboard

DASHBOARD
• Overview Daily schedule of upcoming meetings, dog walking, and training sessions
• Statistics and key indicators on activity

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
• Tax information and technical card number of the educator
