This is the best set out app, I've been using it for a few years but recently it's all over the place. When you save, everything is not in place where it was when you saved it. I've uninstalles and reinstalled and it's still having the same issue. I read below that a few others have had this issue too and been told it's been fixed. So sad, I used to love this app so much.

I love this app! I wish we could upload videos too though :(... That was my last review Glad you made the update and now I can add videos too. However the app keeps crashing everything I review with videos added in it. I make sure to save it before I preview though. I hope that this bug is fixed soon. I also wish there were more templates with square sized photo and video uploading option. Ohh.. and I also can't control the opacity of the text background anymore. Please bring that option back 😊

It's no longer downloading my videos! I paid for a pro membership years ago and since opening the app on my new phone, I have not been prompted for account info to know if I have a "pro" membership or not. When I am downloading the video I made using the pro template the file is not accessible for use in any way. It doesn't even show up I my gallery. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that doesn't fix the problem.
