I am trying to change the portions and it will not save. I have tried changing the name, time, portions, etc. for multiple feeding times and it refuses to save so I am unable to modify the settings. I cleared data, cleared cache and it still doesn't work. Frustrating experience, app is very buggy and poorly made, not polished at all. Would advise against using Wopet products. Edit: I was able to use an iPhone to update the settings. Still definitely do not recommend.

This app is broken and support does not appear to be aware. The app no longer allows for any changes to be made to the feed settings. BEWARE - if you contact support and are directed to reset the machine, be prepared to lose any feed settings you did have if you do so. When you add the machine back to the app, you will be left with 3 default feed settings that cannot be changed either. UPDATE - One week after contacting support, I received a FREE new (different) feeder using the Pet Zero app.

I had both of my feeders working relatively ok on the old app (some connectivity issues but at least I got the feed schedules set up). I got a new phone and had to download this new app. Now I can't get either of my feeders to connect and because I had to factory reset in order to attempt to connect I don't have my schedules anymore and have to manually feed. Sent a help request a few weeks ago through the app and never got a response. Sent another request last week and still no response.
