latest version even better it gets a step closer to a therapist experience and is better than working on your own because you get a kind of sounding board and feedback and navigation through techniques. I definitely had some feelings while interacting with it. more intense than I recall working the techniques on my own. at least once I felt like I would if I were actually talking to somebody which is more intense than just journaling. it's very good, but I bet this will be an amazing app soon.

I am very impressed by the AI chatbot. Compared to similar tools I've used, the feedback is much more responsive/tailored to my I put. I also like the presentation, pacing, and workflow of the lessons. Dr. Burns has changed my life via his books, and now I have an even more powerful tool in my pocket to practice his teaching. This product is amazing. I want to thank everyone involved in designing and building it. It has the potential to improve a lot of people's lives.

This app is trash. Evertime I ask a question, it doesn't answer. Instead it tries to determine how I am feeling and then it asks me more questions. It never answers any question I ask.
