Absolutely garbage. Can't connect to an Onyx+ despite my phone itself being able to see it via bluetooth. App can't find it, and when trying to manually add, app displays a page of broken code and tells me to restart app. First impressions are important, and this one tells me to NEVER buy anything to do with this app or Kiiroo again. Waste of time and money.

It's not a good experience with this app. When you pair toys with your partner, there are a lot of glitches if they try to control your toy, and you try to control theres at the same time. The app is not intuitive to the user. This app needs a lot of reworking to get it to be worth the price of the toys associated with it. I have toys and apps from their competitors. I am very pleased with the competition ease of use of their apps.

Overall works well with one major complaint, the video download function lies. Or at least doesn't do what it should. I had my suspicions this was the case, so I downloaded a video, waited for it to complete, then disconnected from the internet both data and wifi and I could not watch the video at all. Ergo, the video is still trying to be streamed, not played from the download. Edit in response to devs; just knowing that it's noted and being worked on is all I need to hear. Thanks!
