For some reason the app has stopped loading for me and im using the latest android firmware. Im still using the scales but this is a huge loss for me as its clear Felicita are not paying attention to their products and customer service. Im guessing there are many other baristas out there struggling to find how to solve this issue or to just sell their scales.

The scale was very good and premium feel. But this apps was totally a fail. Only the analysis graph was useful to me. First fail. The timer will stop when reached the water target, i want the timer to continue and there is no way to change this setting! Second fail. After i completed a build and saved, the app cant let me edit anymore when i have some note to add on. Third fail. What for to have a feedback button but it is no function ?

The app is poorly programmed. If I had known it was like this, I would have not bought the scale. 1. Pressing "language" in settings have no effect 2. Pressing "voice" in settings have no effect 3. Pressing "feedback" in settings have no effect 4. Pressing "about us" in settings have no effect 5. Pressing "user agreement" in setting cause the app to crash 6. If you accidentally delete the ratio number ("1:15"->"1:") in calculator, it is impossible to change it again 7. Timer on scale will not
