Useless so far. I've tried several times to use the app, and frequently it seems to just go out to lunch and stop communicating. It freezes up. Oftentimes it completely kicks out and requires me to log back in. I don't want to have to do this every single time I want to use my coffee pot, it's ridiculous. Thankfully I don't need the app to use the thing otherwise it would be going back. But if the app is going to suck this bad they do need to make the interface on the coffee pot better.

Not sure why a lot of people are one-starring the app as it works fine. The real issue is with the Aiden's Wi-Fi. The machine doesn't let you know when it connects to the Internet. I had no idea it was downloading the firmware update until the app sent me a notification, and after that there was no way to force it to connect to update brewing profiles. It seems by chance it decided to connect the profile data when I brewed my first full pot of coffee. Hoping this gets fixed in a later update.

My kettle's manual says it's compatible with this app, but it just says no device found when I try to connect. Bluetooth is on, wireless is on on the kettle, kettle is plugged in, I'm standing next to it. Seems this app just doesn't work at all or there's a serious problem with the kettle firmware. Either way, completely useless. edit: ok there are two apps (why?) and the main one is not for kettles. very confusing as the manual just calls it the fellow app and implies it's the main one.
