With our Ichilov DocTalk app, our experts will reach you - at home, at the office or on vacation. With the Ichilov DocTalk app, there is no reason to go to the hospital, look for parking and wait in line.
How is the consultation done with the expert?
1. Send a request for a call on this form - We will get back to you for the appointment. After the call is scheduled, reminder messages will be sent that include guidelines and a link to the DocTalk queue - as well as a reminder phone call.
2. Submit the commitment form (e-mail form) elmed@tlvmc.gov.il
(Without Form 17, the service is paid at the Department of Health's doctor's check rate).
3. The online consultation call by phone or laptop is a secure video call, during which the expert can refer medical documents and ask all the questions.
4. At the end of the consultation, a medical summary letter will await you in your personal file on the Ichilov website.
