Ratings and reviews

Landscape mode sucks. Not sure why they will not let us change that, likely someone complained bout portrait. My phone has no trouble picking up the device and sound comes out of the 3.5mm jack on the device. However, it's annoying to have a cable running up to my ears, since the amp does not stay fixed on the guitar I get pulled a ton by the wires. I wish this app played sound through the phone so I could use some Bluetooth ear buds. It's all more hassle for Fender sounds than necessary.

So the latest updates on Android have forced the app into landscape only mode, rather than having the option of either orientation. Also, you can no longer change the order of your presets. These are both terrible downgrades. Fender, why would you remove useful features from the app? Also I see that Fender is responding to user reviews and asking them to contact customer support. Well guess what, they are useless and will offer zero solutions and not even apologize for it. Garbage behavior.

It just doesn't work at all for me. I have an S22 Ultra that connects to the amp with no problems. The amp has no issues connecting to wifi. I've went through all the trouble shooting fender suggests. But no matter what, I can't get this app to connect to a brand new gtx100. Completely worthless app and fender support is at best, generic suggestions.
