About this app

Fall Detect is a personal safety app that helps notify your trusted contacts quickly when you fall or need emergency help.
The app uses your phone's built-in motion sensors to automatically detect a potential fall. When a fall is detected, Fall Detect sends an SOS SMS alert to the contacts you previously added in the app. The message is sent from your own phone number and can include your current GPS location (coordinates or a map link), so your contacts can find you and react faster.
In addition to automatic fall detection, you can manually trigger an SOS alert at any time — useful if you're in trouble but no fall was detected. Whether it's an accident, a medical emergency, low-visibility conditions, or any situation where you need to be found quickly, the manual SOS button gives you immediate control.
To help people nearby notice you, Fall Detect can activate a high-visibility emergency alert by flashing the camera LED (flashlight) and turning the screen on/off.
If you're stranded and waiting for help, Fall Detect gives you four tools to make yourself easier to find. An SOS signal flashes the light and sounds a tone in Morse code. A loud siren helps rescuers locate you by sound. A steady flashlight lets you see your surroundings in the dark. And a built-in compass shows your heading along with your current GPS coordinates, so you can read them out to emergency services or copy them into a message. All four work offline — no internet connection and no phone call required.
