Ratings and reviews

Like the app, like the control, but I don't receive the notifications most of the time. I've tried playing with the settings in app, and for my phone, but I rarely get them as the messages are sent. My kids don't always get them when I send them. Unreliable, which is a shame. Otherwise a great app.

Updating the below review to add an extra star. Latest update has added timestamps ------- In general this is a good app. The parental controls to allow safe messaging are good, kids can't add or accept new contacts/friends without prior approval of the parent. One thing that bugs me thou, and I'd rate the app more than 3 stars otherwise, is the lack of timestamps in the conversation window. It's impossible to know at what time a message was sent. Maybe this is configurable and can be turned on?

The app has good parental features but is lacking as a messaging app. The app supports text, single images, and group chats. It lacks Message Deletion, Video Sharing, Attachment Downloading, Text Copying, Image Insertion, and Link Clicking. All of which are important for both a clean messaging app and for teaching kids how to use a mature messaging platform. Overall, the app is good for a starter despite its lack of features. Especially at the price of Free.
