Ratings and reviews

Not super happy with Fennel. Costs $5 per month PER account, and still pushes fees for some trade types. $5 per account not enough...? Beyond that, has NO after hours trading, which is just unusual and frustratingly limiting. Plus some bugs, such as today where I put through 4 market orders, which didn't go through and were left pending for over an hour. They later showed as successful but nonetheless it's frustrating. Some good, nice UI design, intuitive/easy trading, good support.

Edit 13 Jan 2025: After 4 unsuccessful attempts to connect with Support about closing accounts I have still not heard anything from them and I'm being charged the monthly fee anyway. Feels pretty scummy from my side It's a pretty good app if you don't mind $4.99/mo fee but I wish my P/L chart didn't show a low balance every time I withdraw. I'm not interested in seeing how many $ are in the account I want to know my total P/L over time

No option to stop automatic payments from your bank account. No option to suspend you account online. No option to log into your account online for account management. No option to deactivate your account yourself. All these things have to be done through a support email that is never responded to. Stay away, don't download unless you want to have to deal with your bank to force stop payments.
