Record And Note is a minimal audio recorder for anything you want to record and annotate — interviews, lectures, voice memos, language practice, or a band's rehearsals and song ideas.

• Two taps to record: open the app, tap record. No setup, no menus in the way.
• Organize recordings into folders, right on your device — no account, no cloud required.
• Every recording gets a note. Type a timestamp like 1:23 and it becomes a tappable link that jumps straight to that moment in the recording.
• Play back while recording — check an earlier recording while you make a new one (handy for musicians comparing takes, or for picking up where an interview left off).
• Import existing audio files, or share a recording straight to another app.
• Choose recording quality: full quality when it matters, or a smaller file size for long sessions.
• Link an external folder so apps like Files by Google can back up your recordings.
• Your recordings are just files. Browse them from a file manager, back them up however you like — there's no lock-in.
