You have to enter your birthday using a pop up calendar defaulted to the current date. It does not allow you to edit the year, so you have to click the left arrow to get to your birthday. For me, that was 541 clicks of the arrow. One time I clicked on the wrong spot and it reset from year 2000 back to current date (264 wasted clicks). On the next try, my phone went to landscape mode and it reset again (223 wasted clicks). Deleted this terrible app.

Literal garbage app. After going back and forth with customer service to get my account registered, I am still unable to log in beyond the verification text code page for 3 days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times and it just won't work, giving me an error message about contacting the server. Headed back to the laptop. BCBS certainly isn't using their annual premium increases to reinvest in the customer experience...🤬

Downloaded the app for the first time today 12/5/2023 and registered with no problem. BUT once I tried to sign in, it kept telling me ERROR! Now after reading the reviews, I DELETED THIS APP and I'm going to try to sign in on my browser. These bad review issues with this APP has been going on for over a year now and STILL NOT FIXED! BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD VISION..... UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM PLEASE!! YOU ARE BEHIND THE TIMES!!👎
