When we started using this app, it was brilliant. we have used it for a few years now, and the workflow has enabled us to be significantly more efficient. However, with the release of the fergus go app, something weird has happened to the back end of this app, and it is now slow and clunky. It is now frustratingly slow and cumbersome. We can not shift to the new app as it doesn't even have half the functions that this app has - functions we need to have a proper workflow.

The time keeping function is buggy, especially wheb selecting multiple staff for the same job. Entries dont save sometimes, or they partially save some staff but not others. I think the overall UX could be redesigned ti be cleaner, more modern and straightforward. It take multiple clicks to get information on a job card that should be presented straight away. It has the potential to be amazing, but at the moment seems half baked.

I pay $120 a month. On PC its a bit clunky but works. Mobile app is shocking. No functional search function, it only queues photos (somehow uses up 2GBs of data a month) yet no photos get attached to jobs. It used to work great, now it's just appalling and frustrating.
