Receive and answer the calls from your DUOX video door entry system from FERMAX on your Smartphone or Tablet.
With the BLUE App for Smartphones and Tablets you can receive the calls from your FERMAX video door entry system on your mobile device. To set up the service you will need a WiFi Internet connection in your home, open the BLUE app and follow the simple step by step guide.

The service requires Google Play Services for proper operation as it is based on push notifications (some recent Huawei mobile devices may be incompatible).

if you concidering fermax be aware! no tech support system is unstable. I have 40 units building always issue with it. get something else

Even though you have fixed the app on your end, but it's still not working completely for me. I did check and I have the latest version of the app v2.2.6 build on September 16, 2021. I still receive an error message "your call cannot be processed" sometimes when I switch cameras. The app is very slow in loading the application. I do not get any notification on my phone anymore after your fix like how it should behave.

Hello Annie, we have recently had a service failure which has been fixed, please make sure you have the app updated to the latest version 2.2.6 and then if you experience any issues, please contact us via the app in Settings: My account: Contact Fermax. Best regards.

Takes awhile between someone buzzing the intercom and the app notifying you. Impatient delivery drivers might not wait that long. Half the time the app notification sounds don't work and you might get vibration notification only. Half the time the video doesn't load or the audio doesn't work. Still useful to unlock the door if you don't care that you can't see or speak to the person.
