FermCalc is a collection of advanced winemaking calculators designed to assist both amateur and professional winemakers with calculations related to the following activities:

- Fortification
- Miscellaneous additions

FermCalc provides full flexibility for specifying both input and output units on all of the calculators. All of the functionality of the popular Java and JavaScript versions of FermCalc are included in the Andrioid version.

IMPORTANT Installation Note: The stock numeric keypad on some Samsung and LGE devices does not include a decimal, which makes FermCalc almost impossible to use. The workaround is to go to Google Play and install the Google Keyboard or some other third-party keyboard. After you install the new keyboard, go to Settings > Language and Input, and set the new keyboard as the default keyboard. After following these steps your numeric keypad should include a decimal.

Excellent. I was under the impression that the app could calculate bottle pressure. But I can not seem to find it. Otherwise.. That would be a good idea 🥂🍾..... Still no bottle pressure... Volume of Co2 and pressure for a given amount of added sucker to a given SG value?

This is a good app, and covers all basics. Why isn't there an option to have the default temps in C°, weight in kilos, etc.? Every time I change it, it goes right back to the American standard, and it's quite frustrating.

simple to use, but too generic. was hoping for more detailed inputs, like combining multiple sweeteners. also, fg calc is unreliable because it completely depends on the attenuation of each strain of yeast.

What’s new

This is a maintenance release to comply with new Google requirements. There are no changes to the calculators.
