Lookbook is the department hub for film and television Makeup, Hair and Prosthetics crews — continuity, photos, paperwork and crew coordination in one place, built by a working prosthetics designer to survive real set days.
CONTINUITY THAT HOLDS UP
Scene-driven daily logging: tap a character, shoot, done. Every photo is auto-labeled with cast number, episode, scene, story day and set. Looks are saved per character with the exact products used, so any artist can rebuild the look cold. Character records hold skin, hair, base formulas, prosthetics and skincare notes. Background days get a numbered check-through with a photo record, built for hundreds of BG.
WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
Offline-first: everything works with zero signal and syncs itself when bars come back. Trailer-to-trailer transfer moves a whole production between phones with no internet at all. The production day follows your call sheet, not the calendar — shoot past midnight and today is still today until you wrap.
THE PAPERWORK, DONE
Call sheets read themselves: photograph or upload the sheet and scenes, cast and department notes import automatically. One-tap crew in/out and meal times produce a clean DTR PDF for the AD. Weekly payroll time cards are filled onto the payroll company's own forms and signed on the phone — what you send is the real document. Prosthetic appliances are tracked through their whole lifecycle from lifecast to application, alongside kit inventory with expiry tracking.

Crew chat with photos and day calls replaces the group text. Invite codes carry role, dates and deal terms, so new crew join in seconds. The manpower calendar plans the seats each heavy day needs, shows availability, and sends booking offers artists accept in one tap. Accepted bookings write straight into artists' personal calendars.

Everything lives inside your production and is visible only to its invited members. Deal terms stay between the artist and department heads. Social insurance numbers are never stored — those belong on deal memos, not in apps.
