Digitise personnel procedures for your staff. The chatbot Danielle Talk answers all your employees’ routine questions regarding personal information, recording of sick notes or leave, applications for documents – round the clock via mobile devices (employee portal).
This will be familiar: Some of your staff apply for leave, report in sick and want to hand in a sick note or request documents for nursery or child care.
Would you not like to have automatic answers ready or let someone else give the answers?
This ‘someone else’ is Danielle Talk – a chatbot specialised in answering these types of questions. It does the work for you and knows what questions to answer and how. Questions about other employees who are subject to confidentiality are, diplomatically, left unanswered.
Applications for leave and automatic approval proceed according to predefined rules and are no longer a problem at any time.
