They don't understand UX. It asks you to fill out passenger details before you can see how much a trip costs. I need to understand availability and cost before booking a trip. Here's how it's supposed to work, enter dates, enter number of people + OPTIONS. How much does it cost to bring a car? Extra charge for a pet? - see price, then book. Switching to Ferryhopper.

I put my account info awaiting that reservations and tickets and payments will be available in the app. The app has my details. However i need to put them again and again, and at the end, i got an eticket and confirmation with an email, nothing in the app. when i tried to import it via the option they have it stuck searching (with the correct email and res. number) Totally useless. The web interface, at least is working. There is nothing to gain by using the app as it is right now.

This app was easy to navigate. All information was concise and accurate. We had a ferry cancellation and the staff were able to rebook our ferry without any extra charge. All communications were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
