They initially take almost $200 to start, then $89 monthly, without a reminder, to say the accounts aren't yours. This resulted in 2 of my open/active credit card accounts to close, assuming fraudulent activity. I sent them a letter and they NEVER replied. I only spoke to the rep who introduced me to the company. She's nice, but I ended up misplacing my debit card and forgot about them till they tried to charge me and couldn't get my money. You can pay $19.99 for smart credit n do it yourself!

The app is horrible! Y'all really need to fix it and get it under control and up and working. So people can track their progress without always having to go to the website. What's the use of having an app that don't function or work correctly.

I love the whole idea but I have issues everytime I click on "access protection plan", it says, "web page not available". So I have to use the website to go on it. Since I've download it, that's what it's been doing. That's all that needs to be fixed and I'll give it the 5 stars it deserves!!
