Planner is the all-in-one companion app for festival crew, performers, hospitality teams and partners. It brings every schedule, rider, room list and last-minute change into one place, so everyone on site knows where to be and what's needed — without digging through email threads or paper packs.

Privacy and access

Planner is invite-only. Your festival organiser controls who has access and what each person can see. Personal data (dietary needs, contact details, and room numbers) is only visible to the roles that need it.
