I can't get even basic functionality on this app. I just to reset my password multiple times just to be able to log in. The code that the app generated to send to my partner doesn't work and only gives an error message. It keeps setting my phone number as Canadian even when I change it to USA. And it took me several minutes to initiate the pick up process today. Very frustrating experience.

This app is a disaster and left several parents simply standing outside trying to figure out how to get our kids since they're in a building behind a locked gate for the after school program and nobody knew we were there. One lady finally figured out we had to mark our child absent before the pickup option was clickable....how does that even make sense?? Even when doing that, the staff never received a notification.

If parents weren't able to get past a locked gate that's an issue to discuss with program admins. It doesn't have anything to do with FetchKids. And the program has chosen to use the attendance feature so staff needs to mark children as present. It's a staff error not an app error. Usually I love this app since it makes the pickup process much smoother. However, I've been getting an update message every other day when I open the app for the last few weeks. These overly frequent updates are so ridiculous that I'm about to uninstall it and just give myself more time for pickup.
