Our vehicles are constantly maintained with a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule and regularly inspected by highly qualified mechanics and technicians.

Our Drivers all possess valid commercial driver licenses with passenger endorsements and are diligently trained to handle the most challenging of driving conditions. We operate a drug-free workplace and all drivers are enrolled in a mandatory drug and alcohol program. Fetii is fully licensed and insured.

I user their service a couple of weeks ago. I was charged around eight times the advertised fare for my ride since they decided to add 'small' additional fees for minimum ridership, which I was not made aware of when booking or boarding the ride. When I raised a ticket about this (there's no real-time support), I was told I would be given a refund. It's been two weeks now with no refund and no reply either from them upon further enquiry. Does not give me confidence to use their service again.

User beware - we prepaid for a Fetii to drive us out in the morning and back in the afternoon, we make it there no problem. Have a great time, then we're informed 30 minutes before our pickup that the Fetii did not want to pick us up and offered a refund! Great, appreciate the refund... but now we need to plan transportation for 11 people after a day of outdoor activities, everyone is tired and frustrated 3 Ubers later we make it home. Will not use again.

Used in Austin for a Bachelor Party and it came in handy a lot. Needing to move somewhere between 6-12 people several times in a weekend it was a great way to keep people together instead of several ubers/taxi. Sometimes the scanning didn't work right away and sometimes if you add a person (pay for 2 guests) it wouldn't register on the drivers phone. Drivers were generally nice. Had one that kept rushing and was mad when an extra person came in last second. Idk what his deal was.
