Ratings and reviews

I user their service a couple of weeks ago. I was charged around eight times the advertised fare for my ride since they decided to add 'small' additional fees for minimum ridership, which I was not made aware of when booking or boarding the ride. When I raised a ticket about this (there's no real-time support), I was told I would be given a refund. It's been two weeks now with no refund and no reply either from them upon further enquiry. Does not give me confidence to use their service again.

Downloaded and pre-scheduled a ride. At the set time, they said they were going to be 30 minutes late. 20 minutes pass then they cancel without a notification or rationale. Could not reach anyone from support. Do not trust them to get you around if you have a group, you'll end up regretting it. Crazy they can just do that

Very bad app don't recommend it to Noone specially in Miami where Fetti regional manager is very nasty with the costumers and the employees totally unprofessional get Uber or taxi this Fetti people do not deserve your money trust me
