To use the First Fidelity Bank Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a First Fidelity Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

I dont usually leave reviews, but this one really got to me. This app used to allow you to have a pin code to quickly log in & check your acct., but now w/ this most recent update, after you log back in, it now forces you to either have a lock screen, & for some people is no big deal, but Im in & out of my phone all day for work, a biometric entry, which Im not comfortable with, or you have to do a full log in everytime. It was better before the update. It now feels useless, and time consuming.

I would have given this app a negative number of stars if i could. It is a really terrible app. I now have an overdraft because the app is very confusing. It looked like i had money in my primary account but the app showed a savings account balance but showed transactions from my primary account. Thanks a lot. Bank better take the overdraft fees off!!! I want the old app back

app is terrible. the credit monitoring part is awful. the buttons dont do anything at all... paying extra monthly for this service but can use it... cant figure out how to cancel service to pay someone else to do it
