I dont usually leave reviews, but this one really got to me. This app used to allow you to have a pin code to quickly log in & check your acct., but now w/ this most recent update, after you log back in, it now forces you to either have a lock screen, & for some people is no big deal, but Im in & out of my phone all day for work, a biometric entry, which Im not comfortable with, or you have to do a full log in everytime. It was better before the update. It now feels useless, and time consuming.

the app just updated and requires you to have a lock code on your phone. I have never had one on my phone don't want one on my phone because if there was something happen to me nobody can get ahold of my contacts. I had a password and I also had a PIN number which was four digit number that I can sign in with now I have to log in with my whole username and password just because y'all want me to have a lock code on my phone. please fix it having a password and then we have a four-digit number

I've been a First Fidelity account holder for decades. My last update is proving to be a disaster. In the name of improved security and a more convenient user experience they only made things worse. A lot worse! User convenience out the door. Better security no way. Whatever happened to "if it ain't broke don't fix it" sure seems it might be time to move this account to one of my other banks.
