Every time I try to open the app it says I need to check for updates. There aren't any updates!!! I got a message saying I've got charges denied to my card because of NSF and I can't get into my account to see what's happening. We have 2 accounts with FFB and I can't get into any of them.

if I could I would only give this a one and not even a one star they like to close your account and not letting you know if you don't have nothing in your account they'll close it without you even knowing about it and when you go to check check your stuff you can't even get into it and then you're going through all these process and then and once you get them on the phone they tell you that your account has been closed cuz your balance is out of 0 and I don't even owe them nothing so yeah don't

So far it seems like a more annoying version of the older app. First brick wall is I can not at the moment do mobile deposits without getting it approved first? I have been doing it since I downloaded the first app. Never had any issues out of it. Why do I need approval now? Also, every single time. It just repeats. Take a new picture of the front. Can't read the number. Over and over and over. Till it eventually goes through then I immediately get a notification that it is under review.
