Excellent easy to use Edit : As of 8/10/21 it's locking me out due to automated click programs... I had to look up what they mean and found the most likely problem. I just emailed the developer but am locked out as of the above date. We will see but it's a useless app right now. Well, it's been 1 month since I tried to work with support and nothing... I must revise my rating as this app has become useless to me They revised it without notification... Pathetic communication ....

I have been trying to use the app for two days. It keep saying an error and the app has a bug. I contacted the Financial Institution and they told me it is compatible with my phone and should work. I have deleted the app and restarted my phone twice, and it still will not work.

I've been with FFB for over 40 years and in the past 6 months I have seen and dealt with more peoblems on all my 40 years. I never could understand why would a developer fix something that wasn't broken? Please put ot back. Hidden apps and it rediculously confusing. When 130 reviews out of 145 have had problems someone needs to read the signs. The App went from a very Strong 3 to 1 Lets fix it. It declines credit and debit charges for no particular reason. It sure use to be a great app. 🤷
