Ratings and reviews

Great for Balances and Pending Transactions. Night processing can cause issues with logging in, but other than that no complaints. Mobile deposits are great (tells you exactly when your deposit will post), alerts are updated so there are plenty to choose from, and now the card controls are integrated into this app instead of separate apps like they used to be (card valet was the old app). Online Banking customer service support is extremely helpful too!!!!

(Original jan/22) App is constantly messing up! I'm about one more "unable to identify your credentials/unable to verify your information" from deleting this permanently AND changing banks completely!!!! Infuriating! Update: 04-28-22 This app is still junk! Constant battle to even login. Always days behind with the balance and anything that's charged. This app really does suck.

It's a terrible app. It consistently tells me I have the wrong password or login and I have to redownload the app, which is another headache, because the login always locks up and gives and error message and to "try again later." It's basically just too much hassle to even bother with and sad that before the bank changed we had a very user friendly and dependable app. Great bank, but since the buy out, lousy app.
