I've called numerous times with issues with this app. First, customer service tries to blame the customer, giving advice on deleting and reinstalling or did I update the app. No other app requires this, and besides that, these tips don't work. Now, I have to enter my password more than once, even though it's the correct password. The bill pay isn't working, which is a very regular occurrence. So pay your bills early because if you wait, the bill payer stands a very good chance of not working.

I loved the old app and I am not one to usually leave bad reviews but I relied on the old one a lot and now I'm left not really know if I have money in my account...it's showing a $100 difference from a transaction I know took place but doesn't show a sign of even a pending transaction. In general it's slower, crashes and just not as user friendly. Like if there is any way to go back to the old app, please do.

Very disappointed with FFCU. Please give us back the old app! Just updated and now more issues than before. Cannot rely on this app to provide an accurate balance, it's slow, now the option to use a pin number is gone and the bill payer is not user friendly.
