About this app

Some trips are best left unsaid. They require discreet planning.

FFGR Sécurité is the private security service of the French Federation of Luxury Transportation. You submit a mission request. A professional will assess your needs, and then the company will contact you.

FOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Close Protection: a single agent or a two-person team, family protection at your residence and while traveling.
Secure Transportation: security chauffeur, secure airport transfer, multi-vehicle convoy.
Armored Vehicles: armored sedan or SUV with driver, luxury vehicle with livery and chauffeur.
Event Security: security for private events, protocol escort.

A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT, NEVER A COMMITMENT
You specify the pick-up location, the destination (if desired), the date, the time slot, the context, the number of people, and the perceived level of exposure. An indicative estimate will be displayed, hidden by default. This is not a quote: every project is subject to a human assessment, availability, and the applicable regulatory framework. Feasibility depends on the permits required in the country concerned.

Some projects require specific permits, unique to each country. These are not listed in the catalog and cannot be ordered online: they are assessed with you on a case-by-case basis.

CASE OPENING
Once your request is registered, its reference number will be displayed, and you will be presented with a €600 case opening fee. This is a one-time fee per request; payment is required for processing. It does not constitute a reservation, a commitment to a service, or a final quote.

PAYMENT OUTSIDE THE APP
Payment is made on a secure page opened in your browser, where card entry is handled by SumUp, our payment processing provider. Your bank details never pass through the application. The application only indicates payment after confirmation by the server.

ENHANCED DISCRETION
Your name or a pseudonym, as you prefer.
The summary of your request is hidden by default: you choose whether to display it.
Sensitive information entered is deleted from the device after ten minutes outside the application.
On compatible devices, screenshots are blocked and the app switcher preview is hidden.
No account, no password. No trackers, no advertising, no audience measurement. No authorization window is displayed.
Your contact information, context, and exposure level are encrypted on the server, hosted in the European Union. They are automatically deleted 365 days after submission. To view them or have them deleted earlier, write to [e-mail], indicating your reference number and phone number.

IN CASE OF IMMEDIATE DANGER
FFGR Security is not an emergency service. In case of immediate danger, first contact your country's emergency services.

FFGR Security is for adults.
