The app itself seems to be ok, easy to work through. My only beef with the app is the access security process. Here is my quagmire, if finge print is established to open the app and the finger print is very unique then why is it necessary to put in your password in order to access additional information in your account. I agree strongely on security but redundancy is a bit to much. I score 0 on this piece of the use of this application.

Horrible App. I'm having to constantly change my password, the app just drops, it has a delay in showing transactions, I can't make an internal transfer without putting in my password that I can't remember because I have had to change it a million times, finger print often isn't recognized. This app needs a complete overhaul. Learn from Bank of America, please.

Clunky. It won't login and gives an error message if I hit the enter button on my phone's keyboard instead of the login button on the screen. Also, I can't set up Zelle even though the links and website suggest that it it is operational. I have contemplated changing bank for a better mobile and online experience.
