Mobile banking is available to all First Federal Online Banking users. The Bank’s Mobile app takes the power and convenience of our Online Banking services and puts it into your mobile phone.

You have access to many of the same services that you already enjoy online. It’s free to download and offers quick access to managing your First Federal accounts. Simply login with the same Access ID and password that you have established for online banking.

• Transfer funds

It's alright. You have the fundamentals and you have your standard bells & whistles. But there's so many inconveniences that just add up. The constant password changes can be justified, but the number of errors just mentioning they're experiencing technical difficulties or some problem occurred logging in is unheard of in any other app I've ever used.

The app is frequently down on weekend evenings, and there is no weekend tech support. Digital bank statements aren't available via the app.

April 6th I am now able to use the app again, with more functionality than previous versions. This app has worked well and provided me with a quick and easy way to check my balance- until a recent update. I can no longer use the app at all. I sent an email to the development team about three days ago and have not received a reply. Hoping it is fixed soon.
