Ratings and reviews

The app is good but some features are still complicated and not user friendly. Key options should be visible on one page instead of multiple dropdowns. While it is great there are no extra charges. Processes like registration, limit enhancement and bank account linking still require visiting a branch. It would be helpful to include these in the app for better convenience.

Used to be a great app before the recent update. Issues with this version: 1. Now it's not available for older Android versions which many people are still using 2. Times out in just a few minutes 3. I got auto logged out and then got blocked when I tried to log back in 4. On the 'login blocked' alert I can't direct dial or even copy/paste the contact number 5. Second time I tried to log back in it says the device is already registered with another username. Please fix ASAP

Please consider adding a self-registration feature to this app, as LOLC branches have not been responsive after we submitted a manual registration application form. Unfortunately, the app tends to quit unexpectedly on the latest Android smartphones, which can be quite frustrating. It would be great if this issue could be addressed promptly. Additionally, implementing biometric authentication would be a valuable security enhancement. Looking forward to seeing these improvements in future updates!
