Simple, fast and very user-friendly! The Cargills Bank app makes everyday banking super easy. Transfers, balance checks, and bill payments all work smoothly without any delays. The layout is clean and everything is easy to find, even for new users. I really appreciate how reliable the app is and how quickly transactions complete. A great banking app and definitely worth 5 stars!

This is one of the worst banking apps I’ve used. The app barely works outside Sri Lanka; from Sweden many basic functions fail. Password changes are unnecessarily complex and often require contacting a bank manager, which is absurd for digital banking. Customer care is useless—emails get no response and there is no real in-app support. The app is outdated, unreliable, and unfit for customers living abroad.

App is ok but UI is basic. One major thing to highlight is Just pay option is not active both ways. Cargills account cannot topup from other bank accounts. Another thing if you create multiple accounts, you don't have the option to rename them. Just the account number and you need to understand it. 15.2.24 - I can't transfer my money to 3rd party account. Customer service is unable to verify
