was told I could cancel anytime, but later they claimed I was locked into a one-year contract—which I never knowingly agreed to. Core features like calendar sync and automation didn’t work properly, and support can take nearly a week to respond. Even when issues were acknowledged, nothing was truly resolved. I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered. Be careful and get everything in writing.

I use this app multiple times a day for my job. I've had the app a year and a half, but now the app isn't loading and just staying a white screen or saying no connection when I have internet. Not sure why this just started last time I updated the app on both of my phones. I have to go into the browser and search it, login from there to see my work schedule, because the app isn't working. A fast fix would be greatly appreciated. All in all a great app easy to use the platform.

update: prompt reply and action from Hostaway team. issue now fixed. Thank you After the latest update the app wouldn't allow me to open because the developer option was on. I can't open the app unless I switch it off. very annoying as I need the developer option on at all time. please fix it so I can use the app with the developer option on
