I use this app multiple times a day for my job. I've had the app a year and a half, but now the app isn't loading and just staying a white screen or saying no connection when I have internet. Not sure why this just started last time I updated the app on both of my phones. I have to go into the browser and search it, login from there to see my work schedule, because the app isn't working. A fast fix would be greatly appreciated. All in all a great app easy to use the platform.

New hostaway customer coming from igms. This app is disappointing. Only allows you the very basic functions of inbox and seeing calendar and tasks. But my cleaner is very upset because there is no more task calendar for her to see cleanings - shows a long checklist for every task. No way to edit or adjust listings or automations. Rather lazy app design. Igms is far superior, you can do nearly everything in app to manage your listings. Worse: notifications are pushed but cannot view details!

The latest update (November 2025) has, once again, made the calender where you can not see all the listings at once. This means you have to scroll up and down to view all your listings, and there is not an option to modify to see them all at once. This modification makes it very easy to miss/overlook reservations instead of seeing them all in a quick glance.
