still the worst app that I currently have to use daily. notifications work only half the time if you click on them. I can no longer cancel reservations through the app, I cannot edit reservations properly, you cannot create charges on the app, you cannot view any reports on the app. unbelievable how junky this app is when they continue to brag about being a billion-dollar company.

was told I could cancel anytime, but later they claimed I was locked into a one-year contract—which I never knowingly agreed to. Core features like calendar sync and automation didn’t work properly, and support can take nearly a week to respond. Even when issues were acknowledged, nothing was truly resolved. I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered. Be careful and get everything in writing.

I initially signed up to get more exposure for my business. Since signing up 5 months ago I'm still on the one platform that I brought to them. Now they are charging me for the one business I brought them. The rate they said they were gonna charge per month has changed along with some type of assessments fee. I reached out several times to get assistance on getting on other platforms. No response. I've complained about the fees they are charging me no response. My recommendation stay away.
