24Seven ERP: Store Manager gives store owners and staff live control of an unmanned convenience store - inventory, electronic price tags, smart fridges, vending machines, door controllers and sales performance - without opening a laptop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Dashboard - Check store performance at a glance: revenue, transaction count, average basket value and customer totals for any date range, per store.

Inventory - Add, edit, search and archive products in real time. Scan an EAN barcode to jump straight to a product, upload product images, and import or export your catalogue.

Price Tags - Assign and update electronic shelf labels from the app. Push price changes to the store’s ESL base station and see which products still need a tag.

Smart Fridge - Add products to a fridge, adjust quantities and monitor fridge status and stock levels between refills.

Vending Machine - Manage springs slot by slot: assign a product, set inventory and capacity, and see machine status and total springs at a glance.

Devices - Monitor and control every connected unit in one place: door controllers, ESL base stations, self-checkout machines and displays, with online/offline status.

Statistics - Generate the reports you need to make decisions, filtered by store and period, and export the results.

Customers - Look up customer records and activity for the stores you manage.

Notifications - Get real-time alerts when something needs your attention: a device drops offline, stock runs low, or a sale completes.

MULTI-STORE BY DESIGN
Switch between the stores you are responsible for with one tap. Permissions follow your role - store staff see their store, administrators see the group.

BUILT FOR UNMANNED RETAIL
24Seven ERP is used by convenience stores that trade around the clock without staff on site. Prices, stock and device health stay in sync between the app, the store hardware and the ERP back office.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. Access is role based, and administrative actions are logged for audit.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED
This app is a companion to the 24Seven ERP platform and requires an active operator account. Accounts are issued by your store operator - the app is not usable without one. Contact your administrator or [e-mail] to get access.
