Ratings and reviews

They allow fingerprint scan for logging in, but after a while forces a password change. Normally I'd be all for this, but if you forgot your password, there is no way to reset it via automated phone, online or in the app.

Got a new phone had to reinstall this app. Now I can't get into this app, because I don't know my bank by net ID, because I always used remember me. And it always put it in for me.. There's no place to reset password or bank by net ID information. How do I get back into this app without my information if there is no way to add it back in it?

This app crashes to many times. I am constantly having to delete the app and install it again. Other than that it serves its purpose.
