Worked fine for years, now the keyboard doesn't appear when transferring funds so I cannot transfer money anymore. If this isn't fixed soon I will be forced to switch banks. Edited six months later: still no update or fix. App needs to be reinstalled everytime I need to transfer funds. Will be looking into a new bank.

Don't deserve any stars. Can log in with multiple layers of authentication even with appropriate password but the only function that works is seeing my account funds. IF they were going to upgrade they should have removed the bugs first and given customers the same access that they had previously. Can't seem to find anyone interested enough in my business to help me gain the remote banking access I previously had. And can't seem to demonstrate the level of customer service to maintain happy customers.

I can't stand having a bank account here. It's terrible. The number in your account flucuates wildly, transactions take weeks to settle, mobile deposit is declined every single time. I once talked to a "banker" here that didn't know what a charge back was.
