I can no longer tolerate this bank not telling me how much money is in my account. But you know. You obviously know because it doesn't overdraft it just declines. You know how much money I actually have in real time and you refuse to update my balance for literally days at a time. I'm going to look for a new bank tomorrow. I wasn't able to eat tonight because I couldn't see how much money I actually had in my account. I went hungry tonight because this bank takes days reflect purchases.

Worked fine for years, now the keyboard doesn't appear when transferring funds so I cannot transfer money anymore. If this isn't fixed soon I will be forced to switch banks. Edited six months later: still no update or fix. App needs to be reinstalled everytime I need to transfer funds. Will be looking into a new bank.

Don't deserve any stars. Can log in with multiple layers of authentication even with appropriate password but the only function that works is seeing my account funds. IF they were going to upgrade they should have removed the bugs first and given customers the same access that they had previously. Can't seem to find anyone interested enough in my business to help me gain the remote banking access I previously had. And can't seem to demonstrate the level of customer service to maintain happy customers.
