The overall experience is a bit choppy. Sections are not labeled intuitively. The "pay a bill" or "pay an account" function is relatively hidden and not obvious to the user. However, the process to validate an external account is relatively painless... except for the fact that accessing the "pending external account" is not in a logical place. It's on the right path... but this app could use some improvements.

The app has been and still is TRASH. You made it way to complicated with all the security. YES, I know I shouldn't be complaining about security, but when it literally makes making a car payment a 15 minute process, that's highly annoying. I should be able to make a car payment in less than 2 minutes. If I could leave 10 bad reviews I would. This doesn't reflect on the u of I credit Union as a whole. Theyre great.

We take our members' safety very seriously and deploy latest fraud-prevention technology to protect members' accounts. It took longer this time due to a new device being enrolled and will take less time in the future.Please DM us for questions.

Edit: Looks like I was navigating to the incorrect menu to pay my credit card. The Pay icon is for payments relating to other accounts, not credit cards. Kate responded very quickly and was able to give me instructions to pay my credit card through the Make a Payment menu under Accounts. Everything seems to be working very well, and the issues I was encountering were user error.

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for your feedback. Pay/Pay My Bills is our Checking account Bill Pay Service, we are working on that error message to be more clear. To pay a credit card or loan select the account you would like to pay and select Make a Payment. We will have someone reach out later this morning to ensure it worked okay.
