You need to make it so that a user can see when they enter their password. I've had to have them reset my password 3 times in the past month because I've entered it wrong. Plus it doesn't indicate how many tries you get before you're locked out of the account. At least give a user the chance to see the password before they click go ssdi that if they made a mistake or fat fingered it in my case they can correct it and not get locked out in my case.

App requires me to reset my password everytime on the mobile app when I log into my account on the PC. A very under performing app. This has been so annoying that Im cancelling this account and moving it to Chase. I have had to go into the bank to reset my security questions twice to get the reset to work. I only use this account for my rental deposits, but there is to much hassle causing this to be more of a inconvenience.

Glad i am not the only person who is locked out of the app, due to biometrics and password difficulties. Sad that i am one of many, and i just want to do online banking, but instead, i will just wait until the bank opens or something. Weird though, that banking is more difficult when you rely on a bank. When i used to use cash loading cards only, it seemed much more simple.
