I hate this app now. Everytime I enter my one time passcode, I get the message 'invalid credentials ...' and I am not able to access my account. The only way I can access my account is thru the actual NCFCU website now. UPDATE: As I don't ever copy/paste my username and password, not sure how an extra space can be populating and I have never had extra characters to delete. However, the login issue has been fixed, and the app appears to be working again. Thank you.

App is quite buggy. Transfers crash and error but still go through leading to multiple transfers visible later in day but not immediately. Accounts have duplicate fake transactions. Searching for transactions in one account still shows transactions from other accounts. Multiple phones for over a year. Reported to bank (NCFCU), no action taken.

I have an auto loan through NCFCU and making payments on the loan has been fairly easy. It wasn't the most intuitive at first because I couldn't figure out how to make payments on the loan. You have to go to the transfer tab and then make a bank transfer from my main bank to NCFCU. But other than that slight 5 minute hiccup, the use and ease of the app is pretty good.
