This app used to work fairly well. Slow, but it worked. Then, at some point, they added the option to add "security questions" to your account--which is a very bad security anti pattern, and should NEVER be used, as it actually makes your account LESS secure, rather than more secure. This was fine for a while, but then it started prompting you to add the security questions EVERY time you log in. Very annoying, but you could still back out of it and get to your accounts. Then, I guess it was several months or maybe half a year ago, even this stopped working. After logging in, the only thing you can see is that infuriating security questions prompt, and if you cancel out of it, THE APP LOGS YOU OUT!! What the $#!#@ BCB, this is terrible. I've been waiting for them to fix it but they still haven't. So in other words, the app is completely useless now unless you agree to make your account less secure. A bank should know better than this. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Decent app, and the interface and design has sort of come a long way since it's barebones layout but as of this week accessing any Zelle option on my side gives me "We've encountered an error on our side. Please try again later." Already ongoing for a week. Tried emptying cache and deleting storage profiles and re-entering same options but still get the same result. The reason why small banks lag is because they think the mobile experience is an after thought. Keep up. Its 2022.

Decent app. However, it's going on two weeks since Zelle have stopped working. I've called customer service three times, and each time no one has had any information or any updates regarding the matter. Nor have they released any kind of newsletter to their account holders, addressing the issue. It's a poor reflection on how this small institute addresses and handles their customer needs; and in a way shows their incompetence, compared to a larger banking institute.
