Three times just this week this app has reset itself and left me waiting almost a full day to get access to my account again. Unreliable is not a strong enough word.

This app isn't great about being accurate. showing an "available" balance that is up to $1000 more than is actually in the account is misleading

It would be helpful if there was a "forgot username/password" option. Everything from other banks to social media has one.
