I've been having trouble logging in. I had to reset my password by contacting my local bank cause the number they gave me doesn't work. That was 2 days ago and now I can't login saying it's the wrong password. I tried both email and phone options to get a security code but haven't received from neither. I can't just reset my password every time this happens. Please fix this.

Fix the app. Been dealing with this for 1 months. And new update won't even let me sign in half the time.And all you can say is we are working on it. If I was your boss you would be fired. People deserve to see there account.

Other bank apps have a lot more functionality like being able to turn your card on and off and things like that. This app is pretty bare bones. I'm the new customer at Guaranty and I do like the people there thus far.
