Worst user experience i've ever seen in a banking app, i can't open the app for two weeks now because it says lassword expired and when i change it, it doesn't show any action just reload icon then stays in the same page and doesn't change it. Worst bank and worst app u can deal with.

Im unable to login keeps saying password expired and then when I reset it I can't login with the new password and was completely locked out for weeks then I reinstalled the app and tried the same thing and Alhamdullilah it finally worked

The bank deleted my account without a reason or even a notification. It seems a public problem happened because of a sudden update on thrusday before. In order to return my account back, it was mandatory to re-associate my debit card with a new username by visiting the link of "forget your username" in the application, and then follow all instructions of creating a new account. What a bad experience to not be able to use the application when you urgently need it.
