The bank deleted my account without a reason or even a notification. It seems a public problem happened because of a sudden update on thrusday before. In order to return my account back, it was mandatory to re-associate my debit card with a new username by visiting the link of "forget your username" in the application, and then follow all instructions of creating a new account. What a bad experience to not be able to use the application when you urgently need it.

It is not working at all! you stopped the old version without any reason although it was ok, and replaced it with this useless app. *Update*: I turned off (developeroptions) from my phone settings and then I changed the keyboard to Microsoft swift and the app started working. *Notice*: It kept saying you need to visit the nearest branch, it needed the password and username many times but after keep trying, it worked! Thanks to the previous comment you helped me a lot.

The new experience is just terrible, instead of first enhancing the older experience we now get a worse one! the new webaite don't show balance after each transaction, and when I tried to tell customer service they told me the response from the department is to export the report and check!! why don't we get our transactions through pigeons instead?! the app is even worse, you get rhe error through redirect webpage and they all don't make sense, listen to your customers feedback!,
