Very easy to use and as the maker has said if your state/county database is accurate so is this app..I have been using this app for 13 years very accurate , also some states don't list offenders in their database if they are incarcerated , Pennsylvania and Ohio are 2 such states I'm sure there are others ....

Not sure what multiple improvements they have done, it keeps crashing when you open it. I even had restarted my phone and it still keeps crashing.
